Product information on this site is general in nature. Formats, directions for use and sales terms are confirmed directly via WhatsApp or email before any purchase.

Purchases initiated via WhatsApp

Purchases offered by ARBIOTECH are handled through WhatsApp or email, in compliance with the information duties under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (as amended by Law 2439 of 2024): seller identification, price including taxes, net content, accepted payment methods, delivery time and withdrawal-right conditions.

You can send requests, complaints and claims via WhatsApp or email. We will confirm receipt and the applicable response timeline.
